Gabaldon Elementary School held a book giving event for their celebration of National Children’s Month and National Reading Month. To tie these two events together, they distributed Karapat Dapat, our book on children’s rights, to 250 learners.

Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP) launched is year-long literacy program called Every Girl Scout, a Storyteller this year to encourage a love for reading and storytelling among its members and communities. They distributed books across six regions of the country to 96 councils.
Jalavera kids go to learning camp and receive books
The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Jalavera put together Jalavera Learning Camp 2.0, a program that comprised of academic tutorial services, food distribution, and gift giveaways. The chosen beneficiaries for this learning camp were students from Jalavera Elementary School and Instituto Maria Immacolata.
