CANVAS partners with Girl Scouts of the Philippines for literacy program

Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP) launched is year-long literacy program called Every Girl Scout, a Storyteller this year to encourage a love for reading and storytelling among its members and communities. They distributed books across six regions of the country to 96 councils. Among these books are our very own hardbound storybooks ready to be held and enjoyed by many young readers.

The GSP team warmly retold the book giving experience to us, saying, “As the books were offered, the girls eagerly approached, showing excitement and curiosity. Overall, it was a memorable event where the girls’ delight in receiving books reflected their eagerness to explore and learn.”
