St. John’s Cathedral School Batch ‘89 visited Mamalingling Elementary School for a book-giving project. 300 learners between the ages of 10 to 15 enjoyed snacks and their very own copies of I am the Change in Climate Change and Safe Space: Pambatang Gabay sa Gawaing Online.

Batch ‘89 also showed their love for the community through a donation of cleaning supplies for the school and a set of CANVAS’ hardbound books for the library.

Carlo*, one of the learners, appreciated his new book for its content and creativity. He said, “Maganda ang aklat dahil sa makulay na larawan. [N]agbibigay ito ng kaalaman at libangan sa mga gawain.” (The book is nice because of the colorful illustrations. [The activities in the book] are informative and entertaining.
