Taguig City — Globe Telecom Inc. carried out three events from October to November that featured “Safe Space,” a book on internet safety published by the Center for Art, New Ventures and Sustainable Development. With the help of different government and private institutions, the book was used as a learning tool to teach kids how to navigate online spaces.

The Office of Taguig Mayor Lani Cayetano organized a “Children’s Digital Safety Workshop” for schools in the city during Children’s Month. They partnered with the Department of Justice and Globe to carry out the seminar and fruitful discussions with the students.

We thank Globe for bringing “Safe Space” to more kids, and for locking arms with us in educating Filipino children!
