Here Be Dragons
Ocampo explores time and space in telling the story of Isabelle, an 11 year-old girl who is very much interested with maps. One day, she finally met Mr. Strabo, the young mapmaker of the store, Here Be Dragons. Ocampo makes the readers ponder and question the existence of maps relative to our lifetimes. Here Be Dragons is an intellectual story that does not confine the audience to the notion that what you see is what you get.
