East Rembo Elementary School

This October, the Campaign went to East Rembo Elementary School in Makati, together with partner Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) to distribute 1,350 copies of Message in the Sand Coloring Book and 1,350 copies of Karapat-dapat: Bata, Alamin ang Inyong mga Karapatan!

Representatives from each grade level joined us at the turn over at the school’s audio-visual room where we had a story-telling and coloring activity. The kids broke up into groups to color large pages from Message in the Sand and other CANVAS books.

Through the generous support of UBS, the Campaign was able to print 10,000 copies of Message in the Sand Coloring Book, as well as 10,000 copies each of Karapat Dapat and Looking for Juan Activity Book.
