The Boy Who Touched Heaven

Once there was an Ifugaw boy who wanted to touch the sky. He wanted to know what the clouds felt like -- were they soft and fluffy like cotton? And the white moon amazed him. He wondered how it got its shape and why it hung from heaven. 

May isang batang Ifugaw noon na ibig hipuin ang langit. Nais niyang masalat ang ulap -- malambot at kulot kaya iyon gaya n bulak? Nabighani siya s maputing buwan. Inisip niya kung paano iyon nahubog at kung bakit iyon nakasabit sa kalawakan.
